Creator display authorization

What you authorize

I confirm that I own or have permission to submit the text, poster and promotional images, including permission from relevant rights holders. I grant RTV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, resize and display these submitted materials and source links to operate and promote my listing, including on RTV pages supported by advertising or sponsorship. Ownership remains with the rights holders. This does not license the underlying film for hosting, resale or modification, or waive third-party platform rules. I may request removal through RTV contact. I understand that publication is subject to review and this permission does not guarantee promotion, revenue or placement.

Authorization record

The submission form requires your full name, contact email, agreement to this authorization, and acceptance of the Terms and Privacy policy. RTV records the authorization text, version creator-v1 and server receipt time alongside your submission. These contact and authorization details are not included in public film responses.

Before publication

The poster and promotional images remain private until your submission is approved. Administrators inspect the submitted materials and can approve, reject or withdraw a listing. Submitted video links are not automatically scraped for metadata. Do not upload images copied from a platform unless you have the necessary rights.

Corrections and removal

Contact hello@rtv.com with your submission reference and the changes or removal you request. Withdrawal prevents future public display through RTV, but cannot recall copies already obtained by other people. Rights to the underlying film remain with its owners.
