How RTV organizes films
Transparent sources and separate collections.
Festival film profiles
The current Film Discovery catalogue contains Festival profiles approved for publicity display. Publication is separate from Official Selection, jury awards and full-film streaming authorization. Catalogue order and profile activity do not represent jury rankings.
The legacy creator directory, Discovery Index and click-based rankings are temporarily hidden. Existing records and film links are retained for future use.
YouTube collection
YouTube discovery is separate, ordered by publication date and labeled as YouTube. It displays source views and likes without combining them into a new score. Searches run every six hours and look for recent keyword matches, which can include unrelated material. AI authorship is not verified by these searches.
Entries not refreshed in 29 days are hidden from public responses. Automatic deletion of stored records is not yet enabled; this visibility rule is not a claim that the full storage-retention requirements have been implemented.
Limitations
Festival Film Discovery uses 24-film pages and catalogue-wide keyword search. Creator authorization is a declaration reviewed by RTV, not independent proof of all rights. Profile visits are not film plays. The legacy Monthly Awards programme is temporarily paused and separate from the annual Festival.
