Already submitted? Update your film materials
Use Film Management instead of emailing replacement images. No new submission or account registration is needed.
- Open Film Management and enter the same email address used for your original submission.
- Check your inbox and spam or junk folder for the RTV sign-in email. Open the link and select “Continue to Film Management”.
- Select your film, update the available fields, and click “Save changes”.
You can replace the poster, add or replace up to four stills, and update the runtime, synopsis and director biography. Images must be JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each.
For an already published profile, the current materials remain visible while RTV reviews the update. Saving materials does not change selection results or public screening permissions.
Sign-in links expire after one hour and can be used once. Request a new link if yours has expired. If your film does not appear, check the original submission email; do not submit the film again.
Film Management is available for eligible website submissions. Older entries and submissions through third-party platforms may require identity verification before staff can help with changes.
Submitted through a third-party platform, or cannot access your film?
Email hello@rtv.com from your original submission address with the film title, submission reference and a receipt or message from your original platform account. We will verify the connection before making changes. A film title or reference alone does not grant editing access.
If you no longer have access to your original email, contact us for verification. Never send passwords, sign-in links, API keys or other credentials.

2026 festival submissions are closed
Existing entrants can continue using Film Management. New films can apply separately to RTV Watch year-round; this is not entry to the 2026 festival or Monthly Awards.
Submission references
The submission form returns a reference ID. Keep it for questions, corrections or removal requests. For creator materials, send requests from the email supplied with your submission when possible. Removing an RTV listing does not delete any video or data from YouTube or another hosting platform.
