RTV Monthly Awards
Free entry. Independent recognition for AI filmmaking.
Who can enter
Submitters must be 18 or older and have authority to submit the film and promotional materials. Directors may be younger when represented by an authorized adult. Disclose how AI was used and provide a working viewing link, original synopsis and authorized poster. Eligible categories are AI Short Film, AI Series, AI Animation and AI Experimental. Submit each work once; contact RTV to correct an entry.
Entry period
Entries are assigned to the calendar month in which the submission is received, using UTC. Each period closes at 23:59:59 UTC on its final day. Check the separate awards box to enter; ordinary directory submission is not automatic entry. No entry fee or purchase is required.
Review and results
RTV manually considers storytelling, creative use of AI, visual and sound craft, and the clarity of the submission. Popularity counts do not determine awards. Directory approval is separate from Official Selection, Finalist and Winner recognition. Recognition is not guaranteed, not every category must have a winner, and results may be announced after the entry month while review continues. RTV may withhold or withdraw recognition for ineligibility, misleading information or unresolved rights concerns. No cash prize, physical trophy, paid promotion or screening event is promised.
Materials and permission
Entry uses the separate creator display authorization. Ownership remains with rights holders. We publish the title, director, production country, category, authorized promotional materials and any announced result. We link to the film on its hosting platform; entering does not grant RTV a license to download or rehost the film. The contact email and internal review notes are not published.
Withdrawal and corrections
You can request withdrawal, a correction or review of an eligibility concern using Contact. Include your submission reference and film title. Results are attributed to RTV and must not be described as an endorsement by YouTube, Vimeo, FilmFreeway or another organization.
