Late at night, a mouse sneaks into a kitchen, drawn by the cheese on the table. But when a robot vacuum starts up, an unexpected battle over the cheese begins. The mouse tries to protect it but is sent flying by its much larger opponent. Refusing to give up, it charges at the machine once more. Can the mouse reclaim the cheese?
Réalisation
Hong Sungwon is a South Korean director working in AI animation and visual effects. He studied Digital Art at the Seoul Institute of the Arts. His short films include Flight of the Grounded Boy (2025), Rodeo of the Mouse (2026), and Our Trajectory (2026). Rodeo of the Mouse was officially selected for the Full AI programme of the 2026 Merge Film Festival in Switzerland.
