Laura drags Ana, sedated and disoriented, while a nurse pursues them through the forest. What first appears to be a rescue soon reveals its true nature: Ana is no ordinary victim, and there was a reason she was being kept under control.

Laura and Ana flee through a forest. Laura struggles to drag Ana, heavily sedated, while constantly looking over her shoulder. A large male nurse pursues them through the trees. Laura carries Ana until they finally manage to hide, but an involuntary moan from Ana gives them away. During their next attempt to escape, Laura grabs a branch to confront the nurse. That is when Ana strikes Laura in the head with a rock. The nurse tries to calm her by singing a lullaby, and almost succeeds, until he approaches with a syringe. Ana fully awakens. What follows is no longer an escape, but a hunt. After killing the nurse with her bare hands, Ana howls at the sky and walks determinedly towards the outside world.
