It’s 2064 and cancer patients are now being given a choice to die peacefully, without any treatment, in the dream they themselves write. Jonathan, a lung cancer patient, chooses this path. He moves into isolation at the retreat facility where the procedure will take place, and there, he meets his former lover, Elena, who happens to be his dream architect.

Kenny began her film career in 2014 when she co-wrote a sci-fi film titled The Spiral. The film was later screened at the 2019 International Sci-Fi and Horror Film Festival and Berlin Sci-Fi Filmfest. In 2022, the director’s cut served as the opening film at the New York Science Fiction Film Festival. In 2017, Kenny became affiliated with ACE Pictures Entertainment as a writer and the head of coverage and content development. Since then, she has developed more than 20 projects, ranging from shorts to feature films to series and microdramas, collaborating with Malaysian filmmakers. Kenny is lauded for her versatile writing portfolio that includes sci-fi, comedy, fantasy, thriller, horror, mystery, and action, making her one of the most diverse writers in the industry. Her work is highly rated by Slamdance, ScreenCraft, WeScreenplay, and The Blacklist. In March 2024, Kenny co-founded Post Mill Pictures Sdn Bhd, aiming to develop and produce local content for international audience. Flat No. 4, the first short that she produced for the company, became one of the finalists at the 2025 BMW Shorties. The film was also nominated in seven categories, including Best Story and Best Cinematography. Her next projects include a feature film titled Time to Leave, a mystery drama that she co-wrote and co-produced, and Posy, a psychological thriller she’s writing and producing.
