Synopsis

When Thoughts Become Prison is a one-minute experimental film exploring the silent cycle of overthinking. As simple thoughts spiral into fear, doubt, anxiety, and imagined consequences, the mind becomes a prison of its own making. The film reveals how living inside our thoughts can distance us from the present moment, reminding us that sometimes our greatest battle is not with reality, but with the reality our minds create.
