A deadpan Dutch-Canadian bowling-alley owner teaches you how to run your own bowling alley in three lessons: Lesson One — buy an alley and beg a €10,000 loan for the bowling shoes the old owner didn't include; Lesson Two — feed your customers using one shampoo bottle filled with a year of free restaurant ketchup packets; Lesson Three — master modern technology, because an Encarta CD-ROM is every information you will ever need. Plus 'Just the Strikes': sanitizer systems, fingernail maintenance, and tucking your shirt into your pants to look very big.
