Synopsis

"TODAY I CAUGHT A FISH" is an experimental animated short film that explores the relationship between wakefulness and dreams. An intimate piece about the difficulty of expressing what we feel and about that which vanishes upon waking.

About the film

Experimental animated short film exploring the duality between wakefulness and sleep. Through images and unfinished thoughts, it explores the helplessness of observing without being able to intervene, the fragility of memory, and the desire to feel beyond the boundaries of reality. The film intertwines fragments of dreams with open-ended reflections, addressing the difficulty of expressing emotions through words and their ephemeral nature, particularly within the dream world.
