About the film
Laura leaves her home and family to begin a new life. Night carries her along the highway to a hotel where she imagines the start of a new chapter with a lover. But the encounter is not the promise she expected, and through phone calls with her daughter’s father, she faces an intimate choice: return to the past or begin again from a place of her own.
