About the film
In a hole in the kitchen wall lives a very meticulous cockroach. Inspired by the food pyramid on a cereal box, it becomes obsessed with recreating it using food scavenged from the trash. All that’s missing to complete its masterpiece is one final piece: a sugar cube. After searching in vain—and narrowly avoiding the cat that stalks it—the cockroach discovers the sugar sitting on the table, a place that feels worlds away. Driven by obsession, it devises a risky plan to reach it.
