Antonio has devoted his entire life to the land. For now, he still has the strength to keep investing his time and effort in it, but his children will not take over. What will the future of farming and agriculture be?
About the film
Antonio gets up early every morning to work on his lands. He follows a rigorous routine, which begins with the first rays of light and ends when the sun sets. He knows that if he had the help of his sons, Antonio and Sergio, his work would be much easier. He has dedicated himself to his fields for years, just as his father and, before him, his grandfather did. However, his sons decided to take a different path in their professional lives, choosing to distance themselves from this tradition. In this way, they reflect the perspective of an entire generation on the countryside, a generation largely uninterested in the agricultural sector.
