Synopsis

NO MAN'S LAND Between awakening and sleep, humanity continues to move. In a world where the boundaries between reality, memory, and dreams are fading, humanity faces an uncertain future. As civilization transforms, the question is no longer simply how to survive, but what it means to remain human. Through forgotten memories, changing landscapes, and the fragile connection between people and technology, NO MAN'S LAND explores a world that has not stopped moving. Even when everything seems lost, something continues. A memory. A dream. A human possibility. Where do we go from here?

Director(s)

YUTO is an independent AI filmmaker from Japan and the creator of ROKUMENMU, an original science fiction film universe. Working with a single secondhand smartphone, mobile data without Wi-Fi, and free AI tools, YUTO creates films without a traditional production studio or professional filmmaking equipment. His work explores humanity, artificial intelligence, memory, dreams, consciousness, and the future of civilization. Through ROKUMENMU, he is bringing his original films to international film festivals around the world. His creative philosophy is based on human-AI co-creation, not competition. He calls this vision "The Light of Coexistence." One smartphone. Free AI. Infinite imagination.
