Two young women face a life-changing interview. Every answer is judged under intense scrutiny. As the tension builds, an uncomfortable truth comes to light: a system where need alone is not enough to earn an opportunity.
About the film
Two young women attend a crucial interview. Across from them sits a meticulous woman who asks uncomfortable questions and constantly demands proof: guarantees and perfection. Every answer seems to bring them closer to — or further away from — something deeply important. The competition is silent, and the tension steadily rises. Meeting the minimum requirements is not enough; there is always room to demand a little more. When the true purpose of the interview is finally revealed, so is the logic behind it: in a market where everything is measured in numbers, those in need do not compete on equal terms.
