About the film
In her dimly lit room, seated on the lifelong sofa, Francisca—better known as “Doña Paca”—talks with Daniel, a young mediator. He tries to convince her to agree to leave her home, the house she has lived in forever, so that its “legitimate” new owners can make use of the property. Each of them defends their position: she risks being forcibly evicted, while he urges her to leave her home behind so others can begin a new life there. A game of cat and mouse in which both opponents have one or two aces up their sleeves.
