Katya gets trapped in a time loop where she repeatedly wakes up in an apartment with her lover and dies without ever seeing him leave his wife
About the film
Katya finds herself trapped in a time loop, reliving a series of tragic events linked to her relationship with Volodya and his former family. Each time she wakes up, she is confronted with the same news: Volodya is getting a divorce and plans to travel to Egypt with his ex-wife and children. Despite her attempts to alter the course of events and express her feelings, Katya invariably fails and meets her death in various scenarios. Eventually, she realizes she simply needs to leave Volodya and start a new life, thereby breaking the time loop for herself. In the film's finale, however, it is Volodya who becomes trapped in the loop
