A couple escapes their routine for a romantic weekend in an isolated, timeless mansion. Wine, silence and the promise of being alone, until someone knocks at the door. What would you do?
About the film
Tired of their routine, a couple decides to spend a romantic weekend in an old, isolated mansion, a place that seems frozen in time. Wine, music, silence and the promise of finally having each other without any interruption. But in the middle of the night, a woman appears outside the glass door. Terrified, she knocks and begs to be let in. Inside, the couple has only seconds to decide: open the door to a stranger or leave her alone in the dark. Caught between compassion and fear, trust and suspicion, CLIFFHANGER puts the audience in the characters' shoes and hands back the question at the heart of the film: what would you do?
