In a seemingly perfect city ruled by CIVIS AI, influencer Zeyn lets his followers vote on his life. A blind date takes him beyond his comfortable bubble and exposes the human cost of the system, leaving him to choose between painful freedom and a perfected illusion.

Alexey is a Russian screenwriter, director, and digital product professional. Born in 1982, he graduated from VGIK and has spent much of his career in software development and product management. His work explores the moral consequences of technology, the tension between freedom and comfort, and human choices within seemingly perfect systems. Chosen by You is his science-fiction film created through a human-directed generative workflow. This is his debut film.
