My name is AnastasiaMaya Harbuz, I’m from Ukraine. I’ve always loved movies, I’ve always loved the idea of saying something without saying it out loud. This film holds a really important message and meaning for me, in all of my short-films I try to not think about how it would look right but how it would feel. I want to reach people through my films and make them feel less alone. Because sometimes I do. Also during last years that weren’t the easiest for my country I think it’s still immensely important to create, pursue art and develop the culture of cinema in Ukraine. Because of my limited possibilities of the creative process, everything you see in this film is made purely in my room and shot on my phone, I believe that the feeling I wanted to express is far more important than the equipment I didn’t have. I hope it will resonate with someone somewhere across the planet.
