Synopsis

Every morning before 7:59, everyone takes the pill that keeps society in order. Today, Lia has found a warning written by herself: don't.

About the film

Lia wakes up disoriented, unable to remember what happened the day before. On the mirror she finds smudged messages, and on a hidden phone she discovers a video where her own image—tied up and terrified—warns her: “If you’re hearing this, it means it was worth it… please don’t take the pill.” That pill, designed to induce daily amnesia, was created by Lia herself years ago to help the regime contain social chaos through forgetfulness. Now, chased by inspectors from the Ministry of Health and Public Responsibility, she tries to escape, but her flight ends in the hands of the Leader, who reveals the truth: she is the origin of the very system that holds her captive. As fragments of memory surface like echoes about to vanish, Lia faces the decisive moment: obey the system she built… or reclaim her freedom.
