Acerca de la película
On Christmas Eve, police officers Esteban and Sandra receive an urgent radio call: a patrol car has gone missing near an old, abandoned psychiatric hospital. Upon arriving at the scene with other colleagues, they find the missing unit's car, but there is no sign of its occupants. As they decide how to proceed, the mutilated body of one of the missing officers falls onto the car from the top of the building. With no time to react and no backup available, the officers are forced to enter the building to search for Officer Lucía, Esteban's wife. Inside, a relentless killer awaits them, stalking them from the shadows, intent on eliminating them one by one in a twisted game where authority offers no guarantee of survival.
