Acerca de la película
RAQUEL MORENO Director Raquel Moreno is a music teacher and audiovisual creator with over 14 years of experience in educational and cultural projects in Terrassa. She combines her pedagogical background with a recent specialization in Generative AI and Community Management (IEBS Business School, 2025-2026), which allows her to explore new narrative languages where technology serves memory and collective identity. Throughout her career she has directed several audiovisual projects of an educational and cultural nature, and also has experience producing corporate videos for team-building and event coverage. Her work has always centered on storytelling with a pedagogical and social purpose, incorporating generative AI tools for visual and sound production in recent years. Hilaturas is her second project within the fashion film field. Set in the Vapor de Prodis in Terrassa (Barcelona), the former headquarters of Hilaturas Matarí (1920), where wool yarns were produced, the film recovers the industrial memory of Terrassa as a leading textile city of the 20th century through an AI-based visual reconstruction of the old factory — while also highlighting the importance of giving visibility to people with diverse abilities.
