Acerca de la película
Simón Radowitzky was a young Ukrainian anarchist who emigrated to Argentina in 1908, fleeing the Tsarist regime. At 19, he attempted to assassinate Colonel Ramón Falcón, who was responsible for the repression of First May Day in 1909, and was sentenced to life imprisonment in the Ushuaia prison, where he spent 20 years suffering torture. Pardoned in 1930 after international campaigns, he was deported to Uruguay and later participated in the Spanish Civil War in the anti-Franco brigades. Exiled in France and then in Mexico, he continued his activism until his death in 1956.
